Refund policy

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Returns

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • With all original tags and packaging intact

    • Free from any damage or alterations

  • Preorder items cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for a different size is allowed if the item is in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the original item.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 72 hours of receiving it with photos.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
